We have the pleasure of inviting you to the annual meeting of the Friends of Haldetoppen, Sunday 23 February at 18:00.

The venue will be announced soon, but we can already promise an important and rewarding evening for everyone who is passionate about Haldetoppen and our community.

The annual meeting is a key part of our work as a member organisation. This is where we summarise the past year, plan for the future and discuss how we can best strengthen and protect our beloved Haldetopp.

The agenda includes amendments to the articles of association, the annual report, accounts and budget, as well as the election of the board and committees. In addition, Tor Helge Reinsnes Moen from Alta Municipality will give an inspiring talk about their work at Halde, their expectations of us as an organisation, and how we can contribute together through volunteering and collaboration.

Proposals for matters to be dealt with at the Annual General Meeting must be sent to the Board by e-mail no later than one week before the meeting: hakon.haldorsen@gmail.com.
