Terms and conditions of sale
Terms and conditions of sale
This purchase is governed by the following standard terms and conditions of sale for consumer purchases of goods and services over the Internet. These terms are based on current legislation such as the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchase Act, the Cancellation Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Marketing Act. These laws give you as a consumer mandatory rights. You can read more at www.lovdata.no.
The terms below provide an overview of the parties' main rights and obligations in the trade. They do not limit your statutory rights.
The terms and conditions of sale have been prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the Norwegian Consumer Authority. For more information about your rights, you can read the Consumer Authority's guide.
